The floor plans at The Oaks, explained

The Oaks rents one- and two-bedroom homes, all renovated to the same standard. Here is what the plans give you and how people use them.

One-bedroom

The one-bedroom is the efficient plan: a separate bedroom, a renovated kitchen open to the living room, and one bath. New shaker cabinets, new countertops and new appliances in the kitchen, a redone bath, and new flooring and fresh paint throughout, with a stove and refrigerator included.

Two-bedroom

The two-bedroom adds a second room and the choices that come with it: a room for a child, a guest room, or a home office with a door. Same renovated kitchen and bath, same one bath, with more square footage to spread out. The working from home page covers the office case.

Washers, dryers and pricing

Select homes have a washer and dryer in the unit; ask which ones when you tour. Rent is set per home and moves with what is open, so the only honest number is the live one. The Oaks is renovated one- and two-bedroom apartments, one bath, with a new kitchen, a redone bath, new flooring and fresh paint, and a stove and refrigerator in every home; select homes add a washer and dryer in the unit.
